“When I purchased this item in November 2024, the website said it would take 1-2 weeks to deliver. When it didn't arrive in December I wasn't concerned, as I didn't really need them yet. By January I began to worry that something was wrong with the order, so I called the automated system as was told it was going to ship in a week. 2 weeks later, there was nothing. No I called and talked to a person and was assured again that the item was scheduled to ship out that Friday. Again, nothing. The item finally shipped on Feb. 21, 2025. And all the while the website still said it would ship in 1-2 weeks. If the company had done anything to proactively let me know about delays it would have been better, but if I had not taken the time to call them I would have heard nothing. I would not do business with Ashley again.”

“I did not want a whole new dining room set, so these chairs did the trick! They gave my dining room a whole new updated look. Out of the six chairs, one set of legs on one made it wobbly, but that was a quick fix with an extra small piece of floor padding. No problem since then. The seats are a little firm but for the price they are fine. They were not hard to put together (just read the instructions carefully). PLEASE NOTE: It is much easier to put them together using a small-sized rachet instead of the allen wrench that is provided. Again, for the price, these chairs are a good value! I am glad I purchased them!”

“Overall we like the chairs. The color online look whiter than they are in reality. They are oatmeal in color. As far as the legs fitting, 3 fit very well, 3 others have a small wobble and two were just a mess. More that 1/4” of wobble on front legs. One should not have to cut down legs to get them to have a flat fit. I would recommend attaching the legs very loosely, then stand the chair up, get underneath and tighten screws. I had to actually cut down one leg and enlarge the holes for the bolts. Got it close. Add felt protector disks and you reduce more wobble.”

The color is beige / tan I honestly expected them to be lighter for me to match them with my living room which is also linen, but the color is very nice. Now my complaint: “The assembly sucks”, my husband and I are very handy but these chairs are beyond terrible to assemble, it was really hard to put them together and the truth was a headache, if we knew it before we wouldn’t buy them. We were about to return them but how I said we liked them a lot and we didn’t gave up, even though we hated them for it. I purchased 6 and 1 of them was uneven a little bit, we made it work. Manufacturers need to improve it. That's why I only give it 4 stars.”

“I bought 6 chairs with my table in store about a year ago. They are gorgeous and very comfy, almost like a chenille fabric. Problem is I wanted 8 chairs so I recently purchased 2 additional online and they arrived and are a few shades darker! Almost like a light mocha versus the original linen color! Same SKU and everything! Luckily they sit at the heads of my table so it isn't as noticeable but still frustrating. Customer service dealing with this issue was useless. Assembly on 2 chairs was definitely a challenge, glad I had the other 6 assembled and delivered.”

“The good: Great looking. Fantastic material. Comfortable seats. The bad: The directions say you will need the wrench included. In reality you will need a flashlight, a hammer, a drill, a wrench, 30 free minutes per chair, and someone to forgive you for the profanity yelled when not a single screw lines up in the pre drilled holes. I bought 6 chairs that look amazing... but two and a half hours later, sweating through my shirt and hands sore it was done. Be creative and be patient putting them together and they are an incredible value! And delivery was only two days!”

Great chair hampered by assembly

“We really like the look and feel of this chair. We bough a HUGE table from another vendor and added 12 of these because they were the look that we were going for and the price was outstanding. However, assembly of these chairs is a giant pain in the neck. Trying to get the screws to align with the holes and not cross thread them is challenging at best. Additionally, some of the legs didn't fit well and had to be forced into position. Have fun screwing these in by hand (10 total screws) with a tiny allen wrench. If you can buy these assembled, do it. If not, pay some kid to do it because it will take the better part of a day to assemble a standard 6 chair set.”

Excellent service, nothing wrong with them and as comfortable as I remembered. I've had them for almost a year now and they've stood up to wear and tear, (I have a 12 year old girl with friends in the house all the time, this is our only table and chairs set) one or two small spills are not noticeable because of the color. I do need to say that had I seen them online I would have expected a much lighter color if listed as linen. They are almost a chenille fabric and darker than I would expect a linen to be. I would call them tan or light mocha. Over all I'm extremely happy with the chairs.”
