Stuck with tacky table

“The “faux marble” top is cheap-looking laminate, not at all like typical faux marble or the example I asked about in the store. It also has a gouge in the self-described “TuffStuff” tabletop making it even worse. Customer service has been slow and given different responses every time I have called. I am stuck now with a table I dislike and again awaiting the response from customer service this time to find out how they will go about scheduling a repair technician to at least try to fix the gouge. I’ve bought many items from Ashley in the past. This time is very disappointing. You will get to keep my money from this purchase but in the process have guaranteed for yourself that I will never again shop at Ashley and will freely share my negative experience with others.”
