“The chair came with the wrong parts so it could not be assembled. Customer concern is not evident in getting the problem resolved. We have spent thousands of dollars at Ashley in the past and were never treated so poorly.”

“Impossible to assemble! Three of our six chairs were made wrong and couldn't be put together after hours of labor. Customer service has been awful so far in offering any type of resolution.”

“These chairs are really beautiful and comfortable. They do sit a bit higher than I was expecting and putting them together was a bit of a challenge, but they are so pretty it was worth it. They are very firm but like any new chair, I’m sure with some wear they will settle.”

“The chairs are terrible. They are extremely uncomfortable (hard as rock - feel like I'm sitting on a large piece of styrofoam) and too high for the dining room table height (dining room table Zumbado) it comes with as collection. Would not recommend these chairs unless you're purely looking for aesthetics and the chairs actually won't be used.”
