“Looks really nice in the dining room. Table has a nice wood grain look on top. Pictures are showing table with plastic table cover, it’s not actually that shiny. I felt it was needed since the top seems to scratch very easily. The chairs are little more narrower than we thought, but they’re very firm so I hope that means the padding will last a while. The bench is very nice. Some of the table legs came with a few dings in them. Nothing too noticeable but we made sure to put those legs on the side facing our wall. Assembly was not hard just tedious. It uses a hex key for almost everything which makes assembly very time consuming if you don’t have a special bit for your drill. Overall we’re satisfied with how it came out”

“I purchased a dining set from the Ashley store in Paramus. My sales associate Jenny was terrific. She was very helpful and provided me with several options. She took her time and and made sure that I would be happy with my purchase, which I was. I just received my table and chairs on Saturday March 1st. Jenny was the best. Jenny deserves 5 stars!!!!!!
The manager is what makes me give 1 star as a rating. He actually doesn't deserve any stars.....
My issues with the store came with the Manager. Jenny asked him for assistance on 2 separate occasions to aide in my selection. His response, which could be heard from anyone in the store was "Look it up yourself," and on the second occasion, "Get it yourself." His responses made me extremely uncomfortable and certainly didn't make it seem like he cared one bit about the customers in the store.”

I didn’t give it five stars simply because one of the chairs had a few minor details that needed attention, and the table itself had a small issue. However, I reached out to customer service, and they were incredibly helpful. They assured me that a solution will be provided next week. Overall, I’m really pleased with the service!”
