“The dining set I purchased is as nice as I expected. The delivery and assembly went smoothly. However, I will say that what was extremely confusing was receiving the delivery notification from Regency Furniture and not Ashley. When I called customer service about that they couldn’t provide an answer.”

“I purchased a dining set from the Ashley store in Paramus. My sales associate Jenny was terrific. She was very helpful and provided me with several options. She took her time and and made sure that I would be happy with my purchase, which I was. I just received my table and chairs on Saturday March 1st. Jenny was the best. Jenny deserves 5 stars!!!!!!
The manager is what makes me give 1 star as a rating. He actually doesn't deserve any stars.....
My issues with the store came with the Manager. Jenny asked him for assistance on 2 separate occasions to aide in my selection. His response, which could be heard from anyone in the store was "Look it up yourself," and on the second occasion, "Get it yourself." His responses made me extremely uncomfortable and certainly didn't make it seem like he cared one bit about the customers in the store.”

Damaged table top and billing issue

“Damaged table top delivered and instead of replacing it, Ashley's guidelines is to fix it first, then take it to shop and try fixing it and then it both the above options didn't work, then provide a replacement. As a customer I expect good condition product at the first time.
Second aspect is with the price / billing aspect of this. I paid approx $850 (including delivery fees and taxes) and the delivery receipt which I got after the sectional was delivered had much less price than $850. I contacted the customer service and talked to 3 different contacts (including the manager - not mentioning the names here but I have those). One of them tried to contact a different team (while putting me on hold) to try and help me with the best price possible but the call got abruptly disconnected. I am hoping that Ashley should honor the lower of the 2 prices quoted and provide a refund to me.”
