“I think I should have received the chairs and table at the same time since that’s how I ordered them as a set. Not the chairs then the table 3 weeks later (currently still waiting on the table might be longer than 3 weeks). It’s also inconvenient that I was charged for the chairs and I’ll be billed separately for the table whenever it’s shipped, I bought them as a set and want to be charged for the set not individual pieces. I also think that online and in store should be the same instead of being like two different companies. Online customer service is pure trash and disgraceful. This will probably be my last purchase since the only help they offer is to cancel orders or returns if they qualify.”
