Nice table and bench, but don't love the chairs.

“I just received it today and I love the table and bench, but the chairs are not level at all and the adjustable levelers on the bottom do not stay where you adjust them to. As soon as a chair is moved, it's unlevel again. I figure I'll end up having to replace them much sooner than I would like to.”

“I recently received my new dining set and I'm pleased with the overall quality for its price point. It also fits nicely in my kitchen/dining room, since it’s a smaller space. I thought it looked black upon arrival but in different lighting, the rich brown color comes through. I do wish the table top wood, and the wood on top of the seats and bench was a bit thicker in height but is also nice for the price point.”

“Jenny the chatbot confirmed to me on multiple communications that delivery was confirmed for Thursday Sept 11 from 8am. I adjusted my schedule to ensure that I would be there first thing in the morning that day. In the afternoon on Wednesday Sept 10 I was called by a person to schedule delivery. I advised that delivery was already scheduled for Thursday morning. The person advised me that would not be possible because the item was on back order. So Ashley, you tell me how a delivery could have been scheduled for Thursday Sept 11 when you did not have the item in the first place? Do you understand the problem?”
