“I accidentally ordered the wrong chair. Was out of town, by the time I opened it. It was one day outside of the return window. Eventually, a supervisor approved, but I have to send it back, can’t return to store, shipping cost as much as the chairs. Very disappointed. I realize it was my mistake, but Customer Service is not a priority”

“Ordering as super easy. Price was good. Delivery was very fast. Assembly was easy but a bit more text would be useful, especially on how much to tighten the bolts. We have the counter height version of the table and chairs and really like them. They look good and are sturdy. We just wanted a table height chair for a desk nearby. We only wanted 1 chair but had to get 2 (it will be used in another area.)”

“I ordered 2 sets (4 chairs). Time to assemble was about 30 minutes for all. I bought additional cushions to pad the wood seats for comfort. The chairs are lightweight but sturdy.”
