“We have had this set for about a year now. While I love the look of it, the table legs keep coming loose and moving. Not matter how much I tighten the screws. There are a couple chairs that are wobbly. I bought this on Amazon but I don't really think it matters as it is an Ashley product. One piece did come broken on the chair but Ashley's is great about getting replacement parts easily. I just wish it would stay together better.”

“I purchased this as a black Friday deal and feel like I hit the jackpot. We have a small area in the kitchen that I haven't had any luck finding the right size set since we moved in and this one is just what we needed. The table to the last set was the same size as this but the chairs couldn't go under the table because of their shape, which took up so much space; these tuck neatly and allow for plenty of room to move around. I was a bit hesitant to order because some of the reviews mentioned that there were rough patches on the chairs and it caused people's shirts to get pulled, but I inspected every chair before signing off on the delivery and didn't find any rough areas on my set, so hopefully that means they considered the feedback and fixed whatever was causing it since those reviews. The color is a bit darker but that was exactly what I wanted, so if you are hoping for more of a white-wash grey this is not the set for you. I would definitely recommend this set.”

I put a good coat of wax on it and smoothed it right out.”

Was a bit disappointed that the material/finish of the chairs and table is not smooth. When you sit in some chairs, fabric can catch on edges. Table showed up a little dinged on the side too. Looks great though. Fits our dining room very well. Just wish the finish was better.”

“We ordered this dining room set at sitting height (30 inches). All six chairs are correct; however, the table in the set is counter height 36 inches (they sent the wrong legs). Ashley’s customer service will not exchange it for the correct one as it is “defective”. Customer service reluctantly opened up a work order for a technician to look at the table and “see what they can do”. I would be happy if they would just send the proper legs. One week later we are still waiting. Eating at the table is like being a six year old again.”

“I really love the table, it is beautiful! HOWEVER.... the table has a strong Odor of gasoline so bad that it smells in the house and when you sit at the table the smell is so strong it irritates your eyes, if you put your nose to thr table and smell it the odor just about makes you sick. I have tried washing the smell off with different things and NOTHING will take away the smell. 😔 It is a bit disappointing. The chairs do not smell at all which makes me believe that it is not the material it is made out of or they would smell as well. I think either gasoline may have been spilled either on the table, on the cloth used to wrap the table, or in the moving truck. Either way I am doing 2 start because the Odor of gasoline/chemicals being on a table where you are supposed to eat, and the fact that I cannot clean the smell away. Other than that the table is sturdy and beautiful.”

And it isn't splinter proof, when sliding my hand along the tops of the chairs I noticed that it'll catch my fingers so now I'm careful when I touch them. I do love the set still, the problems are rather minimal, but I wish they were non-existent considering the amount we spent.”

“Love the table. So solid and the subtle grey tone mixed in is really nice. Had it delivered to the door and they had the chairs all ready built for us. Saved us so much time! All the chairs are level, sturdy and heavy, same as the table. Seat padding is thick and comfy. Water beads on the table and wipes up easy. We made a great choice, especially as we caught this on a big sale. Highly recommend.”

“So as I was putting together my table, the table legs have two holes with metal and them to screw in the bolts to the table well, one of my table legs is missing the metal part to screw into and I’ve called. I’ve emailed. I’ve used the chat bot system and apparently nobody can help me replace my table leg i’ve sent in pictures of the serial number on the bottom of the table and when I called she told me to email the picture to the email that I got and then they told me they can’t help me to call the number I called the number back and they told me to email so I’m getting the runaround and it’s upsetting that I spent $800 on a table and I can’t even get a replacement leg due to no fault at my own”
