“I chose this table strictly online and didn’t get a chance to see it in person but let me tell you it is a beautiful table. It exceeded my expectations when it arrived. It is well-made and sturdy and so are all of the chairs. The color is just as described in the picture. I would definitely recommend this table to anyone.”

Nice overall but Bad Chair Design - Wobbly Chairs

“I do like the set very much. It looks good and chairs see sturdy.
I deducted 1 star because some of my chairs rock (are wobbly) for these 2 reasons: Some of the steel anchor sleeves used to assemble the chairs threaded out during assembly. These anchors should have been designed using reverse threads so they wouldn't screw out when installing a bolt. I could not figure out how to fix this as they must use a special tool to sink these below the matting surface so every second chair has at least 1 bolt missing. Obviously all the chair bolts/screws are there for a reason so a missing bolt means a wobbly chair. The other reason my chairs are wobbly is that some of the adjusters on the front chair legs (to prevent wobbly chairs) were broken (stripped) or did not extend far enough. The leg adjusters are made of plastic and seem pretty cheap. I think all will fail eventually. Will eventually have to replace these with metal (stronger) furniture level adjusters.
We also added felt pads to the bottom of the table and chairs as they would probably scratch up a vinyl floor.”

“Great color! We like the looks and the functionality of the table and chairs, except, it does scratch very easily. Our table is less than 1 month old and we try to be very careful with it but we have noticed 3 scratches on it already.
We have a disabled son. He was very unstable in the regular chairs and standard table. With the counter height table, we can push him right up to the table without any problems. Unfortunately, he did bump one of the legs and a sliver of wood came off.
Overall, we are satisfied with the table and chairs but have to be very careful with it. Not the same quality of furniture from years ago.”
