On the last delivery date, I called to see what time they were coming, only to find out it had been cancelled again, so I cancelled my Whole purchase and got a refund. I couldn’t keep taking time off from work for nothing. Two weeks later, I was charged again. When I called, they said it was delivered. After some research on their part, they found that I did not receive it. Currently waiting for my refund… again.”

“The table with hidable bench seat are perfect for our small space. Everything is sturdy and comfortable. The furniture is solid, so heavy, and arrived well packaged. The set looks beautiful, and everything is perfect height. I have two small complaints. My first complaint is the chair legs are solid wood at the bottom, with no cushioning against our hardwood floor. My second complaint is, there was not way to level the legs. I had to remove the longest front leg from each chair, and shave it down a bit using my miter saw. This was easy for me, but most people don't have chop saws.”

“We have a small space and wanted something that could sit up to 6 without feeling cramped. Love the color. Everything seems well made. My only complaint is if you use this often (we eat meals on the table about twice a day) I HIGHLY recommend you check the screws once a month. After about 10 days we noticed one of the chair's leg was a little wobbly. The screw was coming undone. We tightened it and checked the other chairs, they also needed some tightening but not much. I really don't want to be worried about wobbly legs, so I'll definitely be tightening them once a month, but I wish I didn't have to worry about this hence the 4 stars. Either way, i still recommend just for it's nice, clean design and overall, quality.”

Also the design was exquisite! However I was really concerned with some of the reviews about heat spots and spills so I bought a heat protectant sealant to put on it. I have already had my children spill on it of course as well as put hot food down on plates without any problems. The staff was friendly, set up was easy and delivered on time. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I would highly recommend it to anyone with a big family and not a lot of space or for anyone who just wants an elegant look without spending an arm and a leg. In addition we were extremely impressed with the quality of the furniture for the price!”

Disappointing

“While this set is beautiful to look at, the workmanship and durability leave so much to be desired. After only two months of use, two of the chairs are wobbly (one to the point of being entirely unusable) and the bench cushion is going flat. The tabletop finish is already wearing off in places. On close inspection it's easy to see that the chairs are not well put together. For example, the rectangular upholstered inserts in the backs of the chairs were not set in carefully, and are askew. We are a household of three busy adults who rarely have company... this set has been gently and infrequently used. I was so excited to receive it, but now I'm just hoping it's not too late to return it.”

“Looks cheaper in person. Also for the “white glove service” for assembly, and every single chair wobbled. Legitimately, they wobbled back and forth. I had to rebuild every single one. Ashley Support would not refund the assembly fee after sending several videos, the only thing I asked. If you happen to purchase their furniture, lower your expectations and do NOT pay for assembly.I will never make another purchase from Ashley Furniture ever again. Do not even get me started on their rude, obviously outsourced customer service.”
