“Looks good, I like the height and size as it fits in our very small dining room. My only issue is with the chairs. They seem sturdy enough now but they aren't very solid and I do worry about them becoming wobbly over time. The seat is also a little on the small side, so maybe not perfect for people with wider hips. But overall I'm happy with the purchase”

“Just assembled everything and 3 of the 4 chairs are wobbly...one is pretty bad. I am going to put felt pads on the leg bottoms to prevent scratching of my floor and that should help some. Tried tightening/loosening screws but nothing worked. It's almost as if one of the front legs is shorter than the others. Other than that, it's a nice looking set and fits well in my space.”

“I have been looking for a dining room table set for months now. I have a smaller area to work with, but i didnt want to compromise quality or appearance. This table was absolutely perfect. It wasn't too difficult to put together, but note that the actual parts are numbered while the instructions have them lettered. Just make sure you are really paying attention to the bigger bolts as they are two different sizes!

“In the process of updating our kitchen/office area, we went to our local Ashley with a floor sample in hand, we like two to the counter height sets, but this one was the best fit and color match - better then we could have imagined.
We did the assemble - basic tools - easy to do, just be sure to use the correct length bolts in the right place - there are two that are very close in size - easy to mix up.
Table and chairs are solid, well built and beautiful - some reviews state they were poorly built, and this was a concern, but after taking a look in person and doing the assembly, these are above average in quality - assembly style is pretty much industry standard - if I was to do one thing different, I might have used a quality glue when putting the chair stringers in, and will probably do that if they ever loosen up and need attention.

“Love this set! Counter height was a must for me while shopping and since I have a formal dining room, I didn’t need/want a large kitchen table. This is the ideal size for regular, daily dining.
Assembly was easy. Although they recommend 2 people to assemble and upright the table, I was able to do it solo without any issue.
The gray finish on this looks really nice! I hope to have this around for a long time. We shall see if it stands the tests of time.”

It is "nice looking", and the grey matches my kitchen, however, the table top is very easily scratched. The tabletop and the chairs are already showing signs of wear/finish coming off, and I just got it a month ago. Also, if you have pets, I don't recommend this table set. The fabric is easy to snag, and the finish is easy to scratch.”

“I really like this product. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because of assembly. When putting the chairs together. The instructions show a small dowel that is supposed to hold the seat centered while putting the bolts in. I don’t know who cut class on dowel drilling day? But the hole was not drilled deep enough. So as I tightened the bolts. It cracked out the back of the seat. I ended up removing the dowel and them away. There really is no point to them anyway. Plus the screws that hold the posts on the bottom of the chair are cheap, too short and I broke half of them. Needed to get a better screw. All in all a pretty nice table. Just what I was looking for. However, pay close attention when assembling.”

The screws continue to fall out and the legs and foot rests fall apart. I am very upset seeing how this is the second table of this Brand and model/ make I have purchased and it keeps falling apart. “Ordered a table only to receive it damaged. The delivery guy didn’t use a hand truck and flipped the box over all the way up my driveway. Called warranty people and they guaranteed a better replacement and would pick up the first table. Received the second table and it was left outside in the rain. They didn’t even knock on the door, or pick up the first one they shipped. Opened the box to find it worst than the first one. Called the warranty people again and requested a refund. Was told I needed to take both tables to a non profit organization for donation and to send them the donation slip. So basically I’m stuck with two trash tables that I have to repackage, drag out of my garage, load up somehow and haul it to a donation place somewhere. So I’m basically doing all the leg work for Ashely and not being compensated for my inconvenience or time. I will never ever purchase anything from Ashley furniture again.”
