“I liked this set and since it wasn’t on the floor at the Quakertown Ashley furniture store, they ordered it online for me. The first time delivery, the table was cracked so the chairs didn’t make it inside my house because they had to take the whole set back if a piece of it was damaged. So, they ordered another set for me and I received it a while later on a Saturday. A day after the delivery, I noticed two unused holes on the backrests of the four chairs. One gave my a splinter. I call them on Monday after the delivery and told them about this issue. They asked for pictures and said they will order new backrests for four chairs and have a technician to come and change them. After a week I received two boxes that each had one back of a chair ( total two instead of four). When I checked them out, I realized they have the same holes in the same spots. I explained this to them and send them pictures. They said they can’t do anything about it. Later, when I asked to return the set, they said it has passed 3 days and that’s not possible. I contacted them before two days but they dragged tge whole process to tell me at the end tgat I have to keep the set and no refund or exchange is possible. I will never buy anything ekse from Ashley, especially if tge product is not on the floor to see before I order.”
