“Chairs are very comfortable and look great. One of the six chairs required us to request replacement parts due to one of the legs being out of alignment but the replacement parts team and customer service were extremely helpful.
Only reason why it’s not a five star is because the screws provided kept falling out. Either the wood is too soft or the screws are too short as I used longer screws we had which seemed to work.”
