Because we shipped them to our home and assembled them on our own it would be a big pain to have to take two of them apart to ship back. Otherwise I’d have to give them five stars. They look great, are comfortable, and the leather feels very soft!”

“Barstools we got were fine, but the Ashley store is horrible when it comes to customer service. They have a 72 hour return policy for everything. Return it within 72 hours and pay a 20% restocking fee or, if you miss that window, the item cannot be returned. No exceptions, no in-store credit, nadda.
These bar stools are the last purchase I will make with this company. Ever. Which is really bad business, as I will be furnishing the entirety of the house over the next few months from other suppliers.”

“Because I had to make an exchange from barstool to counter height. I had to call the guest response team number somehow they forgot to make a ticket. The first time waited a couple weeks had to call again they made the ticket. Have to wait a few more weeks to actually get the exchange complete. Still waiting. At least when I call the automated machine says the ticket is created still have to wait a couple more weeks for delivery.THEY DID NOT HONOR they sale price on original 3 stools. I am exchanging the same stools, but smaller. Again, the stool seem nice at least the bar height stools, which I can’t use because they’re too high seem nice but waiting for the correct stools called the store. They don’t seem to care. Not happy with ASHLEY”
