“The table transformed the dining room. I have had the wrought iron chairs forever, with matching rectangular table, and wanted a smaller, round wood table, but didn't really want to buy a whole set of new chairs. This is it! It goes with the chairs, the metal and wood wine rack, and the china cabinet. The instructions say you need two people to build it, but I did it myself, probably took a little longer! The only drawback, it's about an inch too high, but still works. My tall friends will love it.”

“I have been pleased with the Ashley end tables I purchased. They are sturdy; they were well-packed; and easy to put together.
However, 2 of the 4 legs of the dining table were not threaded. I need to use a tap to thread them in order to put the table together. It amazes me that something like that could get missed. I did not have my tap and die set with me, so I will return to finish the table jnstall on my next trip (the dining set is for a 2nd home). The chairs were not a problem.
Thank you for asking. I hope my experience can help QC procedures to ensure this does t happen to others.”

“This table and 4 chairs fit perfectly in our office. This will give us a little area to sit down with our clients and go over paperwork. It is professional looking and much less "stuffy" than a traditional conference table. The only downside was that we received it with a scratch on the rim of the table as if it had been dragged on the floor so part of the finish was scraped off. But beside the 5 inch scratch area on the rim, this table and chair set works perfectly for us.”

“From opening the box and assembly it took me 55 minutes. I'm older and had no help. I recommend putting this together on a rug so nothing gets scratched. No visible dents or scrapes on the table top, metal legs there were some scrapes on the finish, but not noticeable once it was upright. My old table was wobbly, this one is not.”

“I like the look of the table, but the materials are cheaply made. The legs do not line up with the screw holes underneath the table. We broke part of the table top trying to force screws into place to secure the legs to the table. When we turned the table over, right side upward, it wasn’t level. We had to put an extra felt pad underneath one of the legs so the table doesn’t wobble. The chairs are nice.”

I recieved excellent customer service to recitify the issue with the table. However, the representative couldn't help me with my failed relationship.

“These chairs look great and are priced well. They were fairly easy to put together, but two of the four had something loose in the legs and if you shake them you can hear it moving around. They scratch super easily so I'm not sure they'll be great long term - but for young children, they're a great short-term solution. Also, very easy to wipe clearn.”

“1st table was broken. Ashley customer service was fantastic and sent me a new table and the second one was broken too. We just kept the second one and will put a tablecloth on it for now. We got it while it was on sale and we will purchase another one in store next time. If the table wouldn't have been broken it would have been perfect. It's a beautiful piece of furniture.”
