“Beautiful solid wood chair set. The creamy white goes well with the dark color. I love the character of the circle in it and it makes it easy for my kids to pull it out from the table. It feels very sturdy and well made! It was very easy to put together took about 10 minutes each. The chairs were packed so well. Each box only had 2 chairs in it so there was no banging or scratched edges. I love love love how the directions were easy to understand and in a bright orange envelope so it was easy to find in the box! You guys are fantastic.”

“I purchased 6 of these to go with our table that was handmade by my husbands grandfather in the 80s. They matched perfectly!
The seats are also sturdy, and I can sit on them for a prolonged period of time with my behind getting sore! The actual seat part covers more thigh area than our old chairs so they don’t dig into my thigh like our old chairs did. Downside is my children (7 & 4) can only sit all the way back on the chair if they cross their legs up onto the seat.
Two seats were damaged upon arrival, but Ashley was quick to send replacement seats once I got ahold of them.
They clean up easily, and are a timeless style.”

“We ordered four chairs to go with our new table in the same color. I was hesitant on the cream color because we have white cabinets & walls, however, it goes perfectly. I'm going for the farmhouse theme and these chairs fit the bill. To my surprise they are comfortable as well.
My husband put them together and a leg snapped due to a knot in the wood. I was regretting calling to deal with this issue because so many companies have you jump through hoops to get a replacement. Not Ashley. Their customer service today made me a permanent customer of Ashley furniture. The customer rep Cicile was wonderful and pleasant and they are sending a replacement out to me right away. No questions. I have pictures of the broken chair and figured I would have to email first and mail back the broken one but they are sending me a replacement. I know I said that already but I am so happy to have finally found a company that cares about their customers. At last. Thank you Cicile and thank you Ashley for putting your customers first. :)”
