“I bought these online. Shipping was fast, Fedex dropped them on my porch within 4 days of ordering. The assembly was easy, instructions were good, hardware easy to understand and the predrilled holes and bolt receivers made assembly easier. Chairs feel fine to my butt. Chair height is good. The seat foam is a bit stiff, but these are new chairs. Quality overall is high. Definitely worth the purchase price.”

I ordered the chairs because they match what I already had. Once assembled, they look exactly like the online photo and are very sturdy and comfortable. It was clear in the online ad that assembly was required so no surprise there and assembly was relatively simple. All parts and the necessary tool were included.
Finishing quality is spotty. The chairs could have been more finely sanded before being stained. There are several areas that are rough to the touch. This is true of the entire set.”

“Quality piece for the price. Fit and finish quite good really. The chairs come "knocked down" in a box including one pair. You cannot buy a single chair. Shipping was fast. No damage. Assembly time is about 10 minutes. Small downside, because of final assembly happening in your dining room, versus on the factory floor with proper assembly jigs or fixtures, all four legs of the chair will not sit flat on the floor. I attempted a number of different approaches to try to solve the problem. I won't go into each approach, but I will say, no approach was foolproof. Now, before you go there, let me just say, that I build houses for a living. I can figure out the best way to assemble a chair. No adjustment I tried made much of a difference. Ok... best work around for the problem. Let the back legs sit flat and adjust the offending front leg By either shimming the short leg, or trimming/sanding the the long one. If it could be put together and sit flat on the floor, 5 stars all day.”
