“The table and chairs fit perfectly in my small space. I was able to put together the chairs alone, but needed help with the table top, only because it is fairly heavy. I purchased separately covers for all the legs with felt bottoms to protect the floor as the levelers on the bottom would have scratched the floor. The cleanup from the styofoam packing materials was ugly.”

The drop leaf is easily accessible and easy to use. I opted to put the table together myself and it was easy to do. The set comes with all materials that you need even Allen wrenches. It took me about 2 hours to set it up solo. If you have some help it will be a lot quicker to tag team it. But I’m overall happy and satisfied with this purchase. On this to

They didn't arrive with the table, and after a week I called for a status and was told it was due to due to low inventory. Called again after a week and was told they were lost. (?). “The color did not match the one in the picture at all I would never have purchased it if it was an accurate picture of the actual color. Also, I had to have it in my living room in the box it came from for a week and the whole time I kept smelling and acetone type smell I would get a whiff of it every now and then all day. Who knows what is in the wood or if it is wood or what the chemicals are that we used in the paint but something is not right and it shouldn’t smell like that. I feel concerned about it.”

It says a 2 person job but can be done with 1 if you are strong and can flip table over which I was able to do. Took about an hour including clean up which was a pain since styrofoam packing was used, the kind that bursts into tiny pieces, so be prepared. Padding on chair is stiff and firm.”
