“Easy to assemble and comfortable. Bought eight of these 18 months ago and four of them have had the stem break from the base. Really wish they lasted. The Reguard warranty process has been a nightmare. Process started 3 months ago and still have no new chairs.”

“Reasonably well made, well priced, and quite comfortable. I’m concerned about how well the fake leather will hold up, but it looks higher quality than average. While ‘black’ it actually is a car variegated black/brown that looks more real and interesting than pure black. Very easy to assemble. Happy with the purchase.”

“This stool arrived on time, was packaged well and without a lot of waste, and it was easy to assemble. It's stylish and comfortable; in fact, I use this as my office chair since I have a standing desk but like to sit down occasionally without having to adjust it. I am 5'1", average size, and the foot rest is at a good level. It would be nice if it adjusted down just a bit more and it's a bit cumbersome to move but overall, I'm happy with it. I don't think this would work well for particularly large people, though.”

“I am giving this 4 stars for the looks, it would be 5 stars if sturdier. When it is as tall as it goes, it is wobbly. I am also not sure of the longevity, but it looks nice and is comfortable. It is probably not made for larger individuals or a great choice for busy household with active children. That said, I like the look, very modern but the wood-look really softens the look and provides some richness. When all are lined up, it looks like a hair salon! We ordered an extra because I am not sure how long they will last. Also, we had some issues with damage in transport/pacing, which Ashley replaced. Overall, we are please.”

“Looks great. Just like the picture. Very comfortable, swivels easily.
Only thing that is a sight drawback is that it doesn’t really adjust down to 24 inches. The lowest point of the seat is 25 inches from the floor, set all the way down. And because the sides curve up, practically speaking, the lowest setting is about 26 inches off of the floor. This is a few inches too high. We are getting used to them, but to read something on the counter, I have to set it up on something.”

“Love the look. Hate the function. Like others have said, the wood scratches very easily. The stickers which are visible do not remove easily. They are hard to get into (because you can’t adjust the height unless you’re in it) and they seem a bit cheap in how they actually function. One of ours doesn’t even adjust. We claimed a manufacturer warranty and a guy from Ashley came and claimed to have fixed it but the issue persisted immediately after he left. Although these look nice I would not recommend them and wish we could return them.”

“These are great chairs. Looks good and super comfortable. My daughter calls it a cocoon for her butt. Only problem is the wood is supper super soft and scratches very easily when it hits the counter. Pics below are after only two months. All six chairs on both sides are worn down. If you have kids or plan to use these offer, this may not be the best choice. I am so bummed. I just tell people they have character!! Wonder if the service plan covers it. Would hate to replace or fix just to have them scratched up again.”
