“I ordered 2 nightstands and a dresser. Each one was damaged in some way. They sent me a replacement nightstand for one that was too damaged to use and it came damaged as well. The price is way too expensive for it to be this poor of quality. Customer service has been difficult to get anything fixed. You really have to push. Which is outrageous that I paid $3000 total and most of the products are useless at this point.”

“I purchased this entire bedroom set. I saw that the night Tables were $135 cheaper at Home Depot for the same table. I ordered the set from Ashley because I wanted the complete set to arrive together and I was a little comcerned about all the furniture coming from the same batch. However the night Tables came 2 weeks prior the rest of the set by Fedex. I called customer service and requested a price match. Ashley would rather pay Fedex to come pick them up then give me a price match. They only price match with Amazon. I find this unaccepptable and poor customer service.”
