“Very Sturdy and roomy, unfortunately the glide of the drawers often get stuck it also had bad smell when delivered by Ashley. I also purchased 2 door chest with the same glide issues and smell fortunately have not had any issue with Bed/storage.”

“Love the style and size of the dresser. Ordered online so happy to get a solid well constructed dresser. One star is taken away only for the chemical smell that is still present after a week of keeping all drawers and doors open with ceiling fan on and windows open to air it out. Does seem to be lessening just wish it wasn’t taking so long. Adding cedar chips to the draws in hopes that it helps.”

Intense Unhealthy fumes/off-gassing

“This set is beautiful but we are likely returning it if Ashley can help us. The off gassing chemical smell is awful. We have bought new furniture over the last few years for a new house and never had this issue. It’s so bad that we have to keep windows open in 30 degree weather and keep the bedroom door closed until we can get the items out of the house as it’s smelling up the entire home. We can’t sleep in the bedroom and have been sleeping on the couch. The fumes have caused headaches, sinus and eye irritation in multiple family members. It smells strongly of adhesives and whatever else they use in the manufacturing. Very disappointed.”

“The furniture set is beautiful but all 3 pieces received had damaged parts and the soft close was not consistent with all drawers. I'm still waiting on parts and replacement pieces for the night stand and footboard. Service is not great when an issue is reported and they are not very kind on the phone. Purchased in May, I am still waiting for a completed deliveries in August. The storage drawer bottoms have a chalk like finish and it's very unsettling to place items in them.”
