“Purchased this online but it came with a damage. I requested a refund and redelivery but they offered me a compensation with a discount that I accepted but it never came thorough. I tried contacting them couple times but they kept lying that it went through on their end and kept buying time until I paid it off..”

“Love love love this Bed but the only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because my experience with Ashley’s Furniture sucked. Bad communication & terrible horrific customer service both over the phone and during the delivery. If you want this bed maybe try purchasing from another company! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN”
