Sadly Disappointed!

“The bed was a good purchase I thought until the bed was put together and one of the side boards hole did not align and could not be securely fastened to the frame. Customer service was contacted and they said they would be sending someone out to look at the problem and we have heard nothing back from them. The bed was purchased as a gift for my daughter whom lives in Seattle Washington where the bed was delivered and she is disappointed...”

“Never used. Never opened. Ashley’s Furniture does not make clear their return policy time. Absolutely ridiculous. How can I decide if I want to keep furniture within 3 days?”

Poor and Slow Customer Service

“The bed is beautiful and I have had my eye on it for awhile. I thought Ashley furniture was a reputable company so I decided to purchase. After less than 6 months of having the bed, I noticed small tears and rips in the fabric and the fabric was coming undone on the ends. I was highly disappointed and a little shocked that a bed, with this price tag, would have issues not even 6 months of having. I contacted Ashley, who responded quickly, and said they would replace the bed. I was originally told that they were going to replace the entire bed but was later told they were only going to replace the side rails and footboard. I was told to return all the pieces once they deliver the new items. Long story short, the new items did not come with the feet which the bed needs to be assembled. I have gone a week with my bed being on the floor and Ashley does not seem to be too concerned as they are not making timely accommodations. I am extremely disappointed.”
