Good design but poor quality

“Bought the king size bed in January. Barely 6 months, it has cracked on the base of the bed and mirror. Some of the materials used for this bed is cheap. This is a let down by Ashley. Their furniture are usually solid and last longer.”

Worst of my time

“The bed is cheaply made. I noticed defects a week later on a sunny day. I have had their claims people try to replace it thrice with all more defected pieces. They will not allow me to exchange the bed. They want to give me $74 for the defects. Fun fact the whole thing is not made of real wood. It's made of form that's why it has so many cracks and chipped pieces.”
