Great bed but overall very frustrating experience

“Ordered the entire set of 2 nightstands, this bed frame and the dresser along with the mirror. Looked beautiful but the dresser was delivered broken with a big hole in the back side and one of the nightstand had tiny scratches and dents in it still the delivery guy who came to setup left it and said store will take care of it. Its been over 2 days now and no updates from them at all on whats going on. The warehouse doesn’t even know about it even after calling them 3-4 times and the customer care representative finally opened a claim and the process is so slow, now they are saying to wait for 72 hours and they will decide what to do next . Not sure what is there to decide when I did not use it even and its just lying there with a big hole since past few days. I even purchased protection plan worth 850$ just to avoid this hassle but that’s useless at this point. So just wanted to make you all beware that please don’t accept the delivery if its even little damaged. The delivery experience is so frustrating. The minimum I can give is 1 star else I would have given 0 but unfortunately there is no such option.”
