Worst furniture buying experience ever!

“This is by far the worst furniture buying experience I’ve ever encountered! Ashley‘s customer service is basically nonexistent and when you do finally get a hold of somebody they are very hard to understand and your call last at least 30 minutes. I had two separate deliveries in both times the furniture showed up damaged and Ashley solution was they would send a tech out to fix it. I’m not paying thousands of dollars for damaged furniture. The fight to get it replaced was ridiculous and then the replacement showed up damage as well. Never again will I buy from Ashley furniture”
