“We received the defective unit. Contacted customer service on July 21, 2025, regarding this by email with pictures about 1 week ago. Still no responses from them. The furniture edge appeared to be chipped off and repaired/glued during the manufacturing process.”

“I looked for a large dresser with large drawers for a very long time and finally found this one.I paid extra for delivery and set up in its amazing and I can finally have somewhere to put all my clothes. It's well made and sturdy and a great addition.”

“Don't buy from Ashley online, go to the store directly. The online policies are completely different from the instore policies. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase online products from Ashley. The item I purchased is defective and can't get any help from customer online service. They only email and say someone will call you and they don't.”
