Furniture nice - delivery service poor

“I ordered the Jorlaina dresser, bed and night stand. The quality is nice. I only gave it 2 stars because of the delivery service. The 2 delivery drivers knocked over and snapped in half 2 pathway lights in my yard that I had just purchased and paid to have installed. I have it on camera and I can see that they realized that they did it. Neither told me and I only discovered it after I had tipped them and they left. The delivery service has no phone number and I did send an email to them and Ashley. I have received no response regarding reimbursement for the 2 lights I had to purchase to replace them.”

“The quality of the dresser is truly unacceptable. The display model in the store looked elegant and well-made, but the actual piece (Made in Vietnam) delivered to my home has several noticeable defects. In particular, the center of the top surface, which should feature a seamless oak veneer, is made of two pieces of veneer glued together. This makes the dresser look cheap and poorly constructed.
The customer service told me that the item can only be repaired, not replaced. The technician was sent to my home to perform the repair. However, the technician denied that the surface is veneer material, which is inconsistent with the product description (I know the technician is definitely Wrong!) . He said he was unable to repair it. I have to ask the customer service to arrange the 2nd technician to my home again. Hopeful the 2nd technician could help solving the issue more or less...
Considering that I spent over $1000 on this piece, the quality is far below expectations! I have also spent a significant amount of time communicating with customer service and arranging for the technician's visit, which has been extremely frustrating. I strongly doubt that a repair alone can adequately resolve these issues.”
