Delivery was a mess, lost nightstand, broken dresser

“Breckenton set looked good but delivery was bad. When they delivered this, they did not have another item that I had also ordered - a nightstand. Told me that it wasn’t their problem to solve, and to call the store in charge for the order. The local store then told me “they didn’t have control over orders online” and to call customer service about where the other nightstand was. Then I called customer service. While doing all this they assembled this dresser and asked me to sign for it. I did, and they started packing up. As they were leaving I noticed that two drawers wouldn’t go all the way back in. I ran out to their truck to stop them and they almost drive away. They come in and attempt to close it too. No success. He proceeds to get his tools out to try to fix it and ends up breaking the slides as they were not mounted correctly. He tells me he’s gonna come back with a new one. They haven’t called back and they still haven’t found my nightstand.”
