“The one star is not for the dresser. The dresser deserves almost a 4. It's made well, but very expensive. The one star is for the service. I purchased one dresser and then another 2 days later. No problem with the first order. Nothing but problems with the second order. The 1st order was textbook order and delivery. Even with the white glove delivery (which did mess up several walls) all was fine. The second order was trouble from the beginning. I wasn't even sure I was getting it. I called several times and was assured that no order had been placed. The charge definitely was on my credit card. Then I got a delivery notice. I missed a baseball game due to the timing and the dresser didn't show up. I called Ashley a 3rd time, they said they weren't sure what happened and that they would reschedule. Considering I spent $1400 on a dresser after a discount, I asked for a cancellation. It is still showing on my credit card. I'll call in a few days if it's still there. I've purchased quite a bit of furniture from here. The price is pretty high for the quality, but it looks nice. Not sure what to think about it. I do have a couch from Ashley that I absolutely love.”
