Finish peels off and isn’t covered by warranty

“I purchased this nightstand in August 2025, less than two months later the finish has begun peeling off at the edges. Ashley claims this isn’t a defect that would be covered, but it is clearly a very cheaply made piece of furniture that doesn’t hold up at all. Can’t even say it doesn’t hold up to normal wear and tear, because we haven’t had it long enough for it to experience ANY wear and tear. I wouldn’t recommend this product, and based on Ashley’s response I’d likely not purchase from Ashley again. I didn’t want money off, I wanted it fixed because the whole thing will need to be replaced in short order as the finish eventually comes all the way off, simply due to existing.”
