“Worst quality and still trying to get customer service to reply Sherri Lex d take care of poor quality, poor workmanship and big chip out of footboard that they wanted to just putty.
Stay away! I wish I’d never ordered from them
I will be filing with BBB to help with resolution.
I did not realize online is a franchise. If you just buy from Ashley only go to the store do NOT order online!! No one has time for this nightmare abd frustration”

“Beautiful dresser! Even though I saw this dresser in the showroom it is much larger than I remembered. Luckily for me it still fit in the space I had allotted. The white glove delivery was excellent with professional and courteous delivery people. This dresser is very heavy! Would definitely buy again and use the white glove delivery option.”
