Great delivery and product - poor billing process

“Everything went fine with the delivery and the bed looks great! My only complaint is Ashley's billing process. Just be prepared to have the money taken out and put back several times. They insisted they received the payment after delivery, but again the money was returned to me for the 5th time and I was getting fed up. Then it came out again. So hopefully that was the last time.”

Great bed set, awkward storage footboard roll out

“We purchased this bed set because it had a storage footboard. The quality is great and after putting together, it feels sturdy and supportive. However, the storage footboard doesn't roll out quite right. There is nothing supporting the sides of the drawer so it rolls out lopsided depending on which side you pull it out from. It is still functional but I wish it rolled out smoother and evenly.”

Nice but too big for mattress & drawers aren’t on a track.

“Nice bed frame, affordable and easy to put together, too big for king mattress though (slats underneath show unless you have a comforter covering the sides). Also the drawers (technically two at the foot of the bed attached to one upholstered piece of the frame) aren’t on a track so it’s tricky to keep them lined up when pulling them out or pushing them in.”

“Am very pleased with this bed frame. It's very sturdy and solidly built. I'm very happy with the upholstery which is more of a furniture/sofa type upholstery than many others I've seen that are a bit thinner and less like a furniture upholstery. Color is true to the photos. It is very good quality for the price and very simple to assemble.”

“I really dislike this headboard, the bottom is flimsy and constantly falls through. I bought from Ashley's because I thought it would be better quality than Amazon but it truly isn't. Ashley's sent out a repair person who said one of the supports wasn't installed properly and he fixed it but I continue to have the same issue. Save yourself some money and buy elsewhere.”

“Fabric looks cheap in person. The drawers are not on tracks, they have little wheels on the bottom. So they are not actually even attached to the bed. Beware of the horrible customer service and the 3 day return policy for this bed!”

“We love our new bed! The beautiful neutral color matches our existing furniture and decor. It brightens up our otherwise dark room. We feel like we are sleeping in a hotel. The drawer has a lot of space for storage and slides in and out smoothly.”

Save yourself the agony

“Do not buy this bed unless you know the inside of your mattress will fit well (but how would we know when Ashley doesn’t include inside dimensions like most retailers?)
I have a very standard king mattress that has worked in all bed frames previously. What Ashley doesn’t tell you is that they make this bed wide enough to accommodate a variety of king sizing so unfortunately for me, that’s a 6 inch gap between the two sides. I’ve had stuff fall through the slats and unable to retrieve as the bed is heavy.
Customer service has been even more of a nightmare. They give you the run around when contacting customer service, such as you just call different numbers for Ashley online and Ashley in store.
When I called warranty and asked to speak with a supervisor, they told me that they’ll just tell me the same thing they did. I asked to speak with. Supervisor anyway. They told me they’d call me back in 3 days with. Resolution, it’s been 10 and still no call”

“Good bed frame, very pretty but the supports aren’t great. We’ve had to adjust the main middle supports on the bottom of the bed multiple times. Disappointing that such an expensive bed has such cheap supports to hold it up.”

“Wood supports are thin and bend too much. Makes mattress unstable. There’s only 3 wood legs for wood supports and they’re 2 inches above the ground. Not enough wooden legs and not enough sturdiness. Slide out from underneath the bed doesn’t come out all in one piece. It’s not set on a rail so it’s awkward pulling it out.”
