Was sold a headboard , Ashley’s couldn’t fulfill & now I’m expected to sleep on the floor 3 more months until they get needed screws to build.

“I ordered my headboard 12/8, to be delivered 12/31, it was delivered and dropped off in pieces. I was advised a technician would call me to schedule a time to come assemble it because when delivery guys noticed it came with no screws. No one called, I had to call. I was then informed the hardware would be ordered to be delivered to my house eta of 7-10 days, that once the parts were delivered I’d be able to schedule a technician to come assemble it. 10 days passed and no update so I called, was then informed hardware was on back order until March. Head board is in my room in pieces, I don’t want it anymore, and requested a refund. I was told my refund request was initiated, that someone would get back to be in 48-72 hours, go figure no response. I reached out on chat, and was informed my request for refund was declined. I have a whole email thread, and requested information on why I was denied refund when I paid cash, and it fulfillment was not met on Ashely’s part & no response.”
