Quality control needs to do better!

“The overall process working with Ashley Furniture was great! The salesman who helped process the sale and was helpful with our needs. We ended up having to change our order from pickup to delivery and it was no hassle working with the customer service team. Delivery was quick and efficient with no complaints.
I do want to mention that the build quality of this bed was better than expected. Our only complaint is that one of the slats that was included did not come pre drilled with a bore to fit the screw through. I was surprised that this set passed through a Quality inspection with that detail being unnoticed. I ended up having to drill the hole myself with a woodboring drill which worked fine but someone without power tools would have had trouble completing the install. Other than that, the bed is an eye catching addition to our bedroom and we are satisfied!”
