“Already wrote a review and it magically its not posted. So here's the expedited version. Item had some dings. Inquired about a solution. Send them pics. They want to send a stranger into your bedroom to inspect. Um no. Quality for the price is not worth it. Drawers feel weak pushing and pulling. I wouldn't buy again.”

“This was one of the worst purchasing experiences we’ve ever had. The company repeatedly rescheduled and delayed our delivery, and when the dresser finally arrived, it was poorly assembled, with improperly glued parts and damaged wood corners. Their customer support was beyond frustrating—despite our immediate request for a return, they persistently pushed for an exchange instead. Only after we involved our bank and issued a firm complaint did they reluctantly agree to process the return. We wasted countless hours on calls and emails, and after this ordeal, we will never purchase from this company again.”

Beautiful dresser with slight quirk with drawers

“Looks beautiful and is sturdy. The only complaint I have is that the drawers are stubborn to close. You have to give them an extra nudge when they are almost closed... it's like they get caught before totally closing. Hard to explain, and it's more noticeable once they have contents in them (vs. when they are empty in the store). I ordered two dresses, and did not receive the stabilizer piece (the "sixth leg" that goes on the bottom of the dresser in the middle) for one of them, so make sure the delivery people give you that. I have no idea how to get it for the one I am missing.”

“The dresser we received was poorly assembled, with improperly glued parts and damaged wood corners. Additionally, the delivery process was frustrating, as it was rescheduled multiple times. When we requested a return on the same day, customer support was unhelpful and insisted on an exchange instead. After multiple calls and emails, they finally processed the return only after further action on our part. This experience was disappointing, and we will be cautious about future purchases.”

“The dresser is well built and makes an attractive addition to our spare bedroom. I downgraded the rating to 3 stars because the mirror would not mount properly with the hardware provided. I had to go to ACE Hardware and purchase longer mounting bolts to complete the task. The mounting hardware preinstalled in the dresser was misaligned.”
