The bedroom set is nice for the clearance price we paid but would not have paid full price for it.

“We purchased this bedroom set in the store which happened to be on clearance. It only included one night stand so we ordered another nightstand online at full price. The furniture is nice but certainly not heirloom quality. We would not have paid full price for it. Originally, the online order stated the nightstand would ship to us within a week, which was confirmed by an agent during the online chat. During the following 6 weeks we spoke via online chat with about 5 other agents trying to find out the status of the nightstand and when it might be shipped. We were told by each agent that we would be kept informed of the status and someone would contact us to let us know if our nightstand was discontinued or if it was still available. Despite the online chat agents being very polite and seemingly helpful by assuring us that someone will get back to us, we never heard from anyone. We are not impressed with their communication. I doubt that we will ever order anything from them again.”
