“The nightstand looks great but it was delivered damaged. The bottom drawer was cracked. There was also a scuffed up spot on the lower of nightstand. The bottom of the box was very rough and patched up. Not sure if it was the delivery service or happened in the warehouse. I will be reaching out to Ashley to see how they can make this right.”

I just ordered the second one online and the bottom drawer came damaged, but their customer service was SO easy and fixed my problem immediately by shipping out a new drawer with zero hassle. “I’m very disappointed in the way my delivery was handled. One nightstand came completely cracked. I called customer service and no option since I ordered online and not in store. I asked for management and she advise only option is 10% all I wanted was for a technician to come out and fix it. She said no and the best she can do is 20% and that’s it. I agreed since NO OTHER OPTION. I called back a few days later and spoke to management again she then gave me the option of a technician coming out but said can’t since I took the 20% I advised her that was the only option per her team. I am just very frustrated with this company and how they handled the situation. I will not be a returning customer.”
