Junk... don't buy!

“Absolute Junk - DONT BUY . Its pretty when you get it but the finish has come off after less than 2 years. I was very GENTLE with this I bought a large bedroom set and the finish is ALL coming off after less than two years. Thousands of dollars wasted. I tried to get it replaced under warranty but I was like a month out of the warranty date. Ashley would do NOTHING.”

“The delivery guys put it together and it looked fine. When I opened one of the drawers, it wasn’t closing properly bc the slate is improperly fitted on the inside drawer. It looks good but it’s cheaply made for the price. I wouldn’t recommend this dresser.”

“I like the overall appearance of the dresser it looks very nice. However, the dresser drawers aren’t made of solid wood and appear to be slightly flimsy. Since I love the look of the dresser and I feel like it was on sale for a reasonable price I won’t be returning it.”

“This is a terrific, sturdy piece of furniture. It looks great and is well-constructed. My only constructive feedback is that the drawers don't retreat all the way into their opening when you close the drawer. It hangs out a couple centimeters - you CAN push them closed all the way, though. It's such a minor thing and, in time, it may prove to have been a need to 'break them in'.
Bottom line: I love it and would buy it again.”

“I purchased two for my room. When they were being delivered I was so happy since they looked just like the picture online. Once I actually opened the drawers I was disappointed. Some drawers open smoothly while others didn't slide at all. Ashley was quick to get a carpenter out to my home and repair the drawers. It was funny to watch carpenter open some of drawers cause the railing completely fell off. He did a great job on repair, but I still feel uneasy about quality. I am also cautious of putting a drawer full of jeans cause bottom board seems thin. Disappointed with quality especially since Ashley's is known for quality furniture.”
