“We got this dresser in January- today is June 15th. The dresser drawers at the bottom will no longer shut completely. We have removed all items out from behind the drawers and tried to shut them, it will not work. They will not shut completely.”

“I love the style of this dresser, even though it has problem never seen a tree . I replaced a solid oak dresser for this one. We ordered in Feb. 2022, it came in June 2022. The first one had a flaw which started the adventure. This morning we are having the 5th dresser delivered . The tech they sent out on the 3rd one said it couldn’t be repaired . When they delivered the 4th one had a big gouge out of the corner , so now it’s number 5.
The manager of the City Lake Ft Worth store does not return phone calls. I called corporate office and was transferred to a call center in Mexico.”

“Absolute Junk - DONT BUY . Its pretty when you get it but the finish has come off after less than 2 years. I was very GENTLE with this I bought a large bedroom set and the finish is ALL coming off after less than two years. Thousands of dollars wasted. I tried to get it replaced under warranty but I was like a month out of the warranty date. Ashley would do NOTHING.”
