Beware of imperfections in wood frame.

“Beautiful bed but delivered with imperfections on foot board engraved in wood that is discolored and spotty. Called within the required timeline to request replacement or credit. No emails sent as promised by call center and claim transferred to multiple departments to “approve” next step. Disappointed about lack of accountability on quality standards. First item purchased from Ashley’s and it’s not worth it for the price.”

“Nightmare- bed didn’t come with the slats, apparently the slats they come with are not the right size so they send it to you with just the rails and then offer solutions that they never follow through on.
Poor design. Poor customer service from Ashley Furniture as well”

Smells horrible

“I purchased this bed and immediately was met with a horrible chemical/moldy/ off gassing odor from the fabric that sits on the head and foot board. I thought this was just an unfortunate smell that would dissipate overtime but over a month later and it remains. Ashley’s is putting me through the wringer with now a total of 4 techs that have to come out and sniff test the bed before I am given any options. The smell is so egregious that some nights I have opted to not even sleep in my own bed due to it! No techs nor Ashley know what this smell is I am assuming it’s just the nature of the fabric used so be warned prior to purchasing!”
