Replacement came with out any box or plastic wrap, it looks to me like a return item that was restored, I could see the dust everywhere and clearly see the touch ups and repaired dents and chips, really frustrated and not happy with item and response from customer service. I will never buy from Ashley again.”

“At first glance, its a very nice looking piece if furniture. The hidden drawer is a nice feature. The drawers themselves are not dovetailes together, but rather are glued at the seams.
The curved molding on the legs is actually resin and finished to look like wood. Finish chipped away during delivery/set up. It might be perfect for you, but was not the quality I expected for the price.”

“The nightstands themselves are beautiful, look great in our space, and we're happy with the end result. We were looking for something that blended with our Ashley dresser that we purchased in 2014 and this particular model nightstand blends in great. I lowered the rating because we had annoying issues with shipping from the factory. We ordered 2 nightstands, received one, and in place of the second nightstand we received bed rails that were mislabeled (the label said nightstand, it clearly was incorrect), plus the package long and heavy to manipulate. I had to spend time to get the problem resolved and it took Fedex 3 days to pick up the wrong item. We finally did receive the 2nd nightstand over a week later. In the end it all resolved, but I think further training at the factory needs to happen. Slapping a label that says nightstand when the box has large letters that say bed rails is clearly careless. In the end, the customer has to deal with the hassle. That's not good.”
