“We bought Lavinton bedroom set and Vonkurt sectional from Lathrop store. The delivery and installation was lousy. The screws and bolts were done using impact drill and the screw heads worn out and they hit the furniture while bringing it inside and no replacement for bed yet and same thing for chest, it’s been more than a month. The only reason I kept the bed was that that floor manager said to keep it and they will send replacement later, when I called them while the installation was in progress. Also, a technician came and fixed partially the headboard but other flaws can only be fixed by replacing. We bought Ashley furniture from Oxnard in 2012 and we still have it and standing tough.”
