“Really liked my furniture. Goes with my dining room set that has been bought at Ashley over 15 years ago. Everyone loved it. The only flaw I saw was on one of the nightstands like a little chip down below the base area like it was on the floor as a model. Could be wrong about it being a floor model just because it was packaged differently not boxed up. Overall, was a good purchase.”

“Wow, this dresser is absolutely stunning. The fit and fish is amazing. The drawers slide in and out so smooth. I had not had to buy a new dresser for many years and was worried about buying something cheap that would not last and when I found this for $600 I figured let me try it out. This is very heavy and the feet are extremely sturdy and I will now buy the matching end tables to match. The finish is a dark cherry type and it very sharp”

Service and Quality has gone down over the years

“We bought Lavinton bedroom set and Vonkurt sectional from Lathrop store. The delivery and installation was lousy. The screws and bolts were done using impact drill and the screw heads worn out and they hit the furniture while bringing it inside and no replacement for bed yet and same thing for chest, it’s been more than a month. The only reason I kept the bed was that that floor manager said to keep it and they will send replacement later, when I called them while the installation was in progress. Also, a technician came and fixed partially the headboard but other flaws can only be fixed by replacing. We bought Ashley furniture from Oxnard in 2012 and we still have it and standing tough.”

“I ordered this dresser, along with two matching night stands. They look beautiful, but on delivery I learned that they do not have dovetail finish on any of the drawers. They are simple glued (maybe stapled inside?). Also, one of the nightstands was delivered damaged and I can see that this does not have the quality and workmanship of similarly priced pieces
The quality does not match the price I paid. (I've immediately requested a return)”
