Ashley did not honor warranty

“The bed is beautiful, however there was a cut and tear in the fabric lining of the foot board and a big dirty handprint on a side board. Ashley would not honor their warranty. They would not deliver to my address or their local store so I had the bed shipped to a family member’s home then picked it up and brought it home - similar to picking it up from the store. Since the bed was moved from the delivery site the warranty was void. The bed had not been removed from the package and it is obvious the fabric damage was caused at the factory. I will not purchase from Ashley Furniture in the future.”

“Such a pretty headboard I get so many compliments but it’s made so cheap. They give you 3 tiny pieces of wood which is expected to hold up the king mattress, box frame and the bodies on the mattress. We had the bed for about a month before the wood cracked and my husband had to make shift his own support for the bed which is insane for the price we paid for this.”
