Drawers have issues closing

“Furniture is beautiful, however we've had so many issues with the "self-closing hinges", our drawers get stuck closing all the time and won't close all the way. We've had technicians out to fix/replace drawers and/or hinges 3 times and still running into issues. For expensive furniture, I would expect to be able to close our drawers without issues.”

“Horrible experience. The furniture emits toxic odor that makes my family sick. Ashley Furniture has been a nightmare to work with. They have not picked up the furniture and refunded our money even though we have put together a well-documented claim. They have one representative, Rommel, who said it was being sent for approval and then another representative (don't know who she is) is coming back stating something different without knowing anything about our claim. We've asked for their legal department to get involved.”
