Not Worth the Hassle

“The furniture design is nice, but quality was very disappointing - along with the Delivery. It took FOUR different deliveries from the Tulsa warehouse to my house to get a dresser that wasn't broken. Very poor Quality and Control at some of Ashley's warehouses - and my story was extremely similar to several other co-workers.
If you feel like gambling, then Ashley's your place.”

Drawers have issues closing

“Furniture is beautiful, however we've had so many issues with the "self-closing hinges", our drawers get stuck closing all the time and won't close all the way. We've had technicians out to fix/replace drawers and/or hinges 3 times and still running into issues. For expensive furniture, I would expect to be able to close our drawers without issues.”

Toxic chemicals used to build the dresser. Extremely disappointing. Would not buy again!!!!

“The dressers were beautiful. However, the toxic off gassing we are still experiencing, makes us question our choice. We have washed them down including inside the drawers, put baking soda in all drawers and left them open, kept the windows open and a fan and air filter running. We are still doing all these things and have not gotten rid of the toxic smell. We can't put any clothes in the drawers until we can get rid of this smell. We are extremely disappointed with the toxic chemicals that were used to build these dressers. We would not have purchased these dressers had we known it.
