“This purchase was a nightmare. I’ll never buy anything from Ashley again. Not only was the bed damaged and some of the areas where it needed to be screwed in was defective but because I was not physically able to unwrap the heavy items and move them three stories within the 72 hour return window, I was told it was too bad by customer service reps that barely spoke English. Ashley has gone way way way down hill and we are out for good. Pay more elsewhere. It’s an investment.”
