“Really bad staining job and choice of veneer. Bare spots with no stain and the top has a print like the saw got stuck..really bad! Doesn’t match the rest of the pieces at all. Not solid mango wood like we were told in the showroom. No craftsmanship here…..”

“I originally purchased this in November 2023 from the Ashley store in Alpharetta, Ga. For 7 months we were told it was on back order and could not be delivered. I went online, ordered on Wednesday and had this on Friday. So glad to have it since we already had the matching dresser.”

“I would give this 5 stars except for the fact that it has an open bottom. I'd much prefer a drawer, or even a cabinet. I use a nightstand for practical reasons, not to display anything. But the color is perfect, not too light or dark, and the quality is excellent.”

“I purchased two of these nightstands a few months ago. They are well made and have good quality wood and finish. Unfortunately one of the nightstands was infested with wood-eating powderpost beetles, leaving holes and piles of droppings and sawdust. I was hoping that Ashley would give me a replacement or refund but they denied my warranty claim and have not been helpful after many phone calls and emails. This is unfortunate because I really liked these nightstands. Avoid a bug infestation and do not buy this.”

Beautiful night stand but missing pieces to put it together

“The nightstand is beautiful and love it but the screws and parts to put it together were not in the box. It has been a hassle to try to get to the right department to order them and now it’s gonna take 7 to 10 business days to get the parts. So was fortunately able to find some parts on Amazon for next day order. That hassle is the only reason why it’s not getting five stars otherwise it would. Very similar to one from West Elm, but I think about $200 cheaper.”

“I ordered this bedroom set, and within months, there was what appears to be wormwood damage detected (see attached photos as proof). Customer Service was extremely unhelpful and refused to replace this item, even though they did replace my dresser (after repeated pestering on my end). I would not recommend this piece to anyone unless you want to have wood shavings all over your floors/bedding.”

“I’ve had a nightstand and dresser from this collection for over 2 years. Just ordered another nightstand for the other side of the bed and the colors are clearly different. You can tell even across the bed that the nightstands aren’t the same color. Customer service stated that you cannot expect the colors and materials to remain the same as 2 years prior as long as the general color fits into the “light brown” it states in the description. Said moving forward any other pieces will be this same orange color, not the natural brown that’s even pictured online. So keep in mind that if you have existing pieces from a collection, they will not match regardless of the collection having no statements saying different materials may be used and colors may be entirely different.”

“The nightstands are sturdy, easy to assemble, and have simple, clean lines that I really like. However, purchasing them was a hassle. We went to our local Ashley Furniture store, where the salesperson assured us we could buy them there and have them shipped to our vacation home by a specific date. About a week before that date, we were told they couldn’t be shipped after all. I ended up ordering them online and was able to get them delivered, but it was frustrating to spend all that time in the store completing paperwork only to have to place the order myself online in the end.”
